Information you provide

When you use a contact, consultation, referral, support-related, or resource-request form, Freedom Tech may receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, organization, email address, telephone number, and the details of your request.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide requested services or resources, communicate about a project or support need, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the security and reliability of our systems.

Website and service providers

Our website and business systems may rely on hosting, form-processing, communications, security, and other technology providers. Information may be processed by those providers when necessary to operate the website or deliver a requested service. That processing does not include selling or sharing mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

On the production website, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed and events such as form submissions, scheduling clicks, phone or email clicks, and referrals to related brands. At a general level it collects the page, an approximate location, and the device and browser. Booking pages embed Calendly, which collects the name, email, and time you enter to schedule a meeting. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, adjust your browser’s privacy settings, or email info@freedomtech.us.

Reviews and external services

Where the website displays or links to reviews from third-party platforms, those platforms operate under their own privacy practices. Following an external link may allow that provider to collect information according to its policies.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational or contractual needs, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Text messages

If you opt in, Freedom Tech may send Freedom Tech Service Messages to the mobile number you provide. Opt-in is optional. It is not required to submit a form, request support, or purchase a service. The program is limited to non-marketing messages: support and ticket updates, appointment reminders, service alerts, and account or request notices related to an inquiry or a service relationship. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. We keep a record of whether you opted in, including the form you submitted and the time, so we can honor that choice and your later opt-out.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to this text-message program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the messages you agreed to. We may share your mobile number and SMS opt-in or consent status only with subcontractors that support delivery of those messages, such as our text-messaging provider and the wireless carriers that transmit them.
